just watched a guy talking about that,he thinks although they have had big rises in the us,house prices are still 90% down in certain states..?.... still a housing shortage in the uk...long term,builders are e dead cert.imo.(not in any of um.lol.)....

never bin that one either but saw the newspaper stuff on it over the weekend and the uk water comps..... that canadian teachers pension fund always buying our comps?...
