miners strike...about 1980 wasnt it aswell..... i was about 18 then....

and the saudi's stopped our oil,so no petrol.lol..my mum couldnt go shopping because all the petrol stations where dry of the stuff...i can even remember the vietnam war on the newschannels everytime you switched it on....... miners strike?,the miners picketed our works stoppping us going in and it wasnt even our fight...... by gum,them twer the dayz.lol........

i bet you can remember when wilson and callaghan were pm and all the nationalised industres and public services were constantly on strike........even the police.lol.lol...
