Obviously some reason they are not releasing the final results… 9 days then this will be gone and with no finance in place I doubt it will survive if suspended
It’s not the funding for the trial it’s the funding for IMM that investors are worried about, once the placing is out of the way and the price known it will become more attractive, long term hold now till the trial starts last this year
Unless they get the final results out…. I wonder why they haven’t released them… absolute shambles and destined for the aim graveyard imo
It will be next week if good news now likely Monday morning… like a coiled spring atm approval and we are heading to 10p minimum imo the funding alone is worth $25m so Avion clearly value the trial at this figure … Mcap is £10m huge gains on offer for those invested, could be life changing if it really gets going 15p easily possible if momentum takes over
Well you have to be in it to win it, not many shares have the potential to offer life changing gains but this one certainly does especially from £10m Mcap… approval unlocks $25m funding from Avion, it unlocks a phase 2/3 trial which if successful unlocks £70m for IMM and a muliti billion $ revenue market in Lupus. It will also unlock ROW rights for Lupozor partnership and all this alongside the CIDP phase 3 trial the rewards from this level could be something very special, news in the morning imo book looks incredibly tight
10p on FDA go ahead for Lupozor trial, Avion state they are fully funding the trial and with a fair wind it could really take off as it did in 2019 when they signed the Avion deal it did 300% I remember it well
They definitely need voting off at the AGM, I’m sure the large shareholders including hot Rod won’t be happy, fingers crossed at least Bo goes that would be a start
If you look back at the rns’s here it’s not difficult to realise shareholders have been had, the final results will reveal all and it won’t be pretty imo probably why they are very late when compared to previous years given they need funding and most likely can’t get it so the going concern statement will be difficult imo. It would not be a surprise to see a 1p placing here to keep the lights on, look at the salary of the bod, then look how many shares they own…. Disgraceful and all that is wrong with aim
Too much debt to survive all these failures, bond holders will take the assets unfortunately imo
Imo shareholders will be left with nothing here now the covenants will be breached on 30th June, it’s always the case that bond holders take priority over shareholders and unfortunately it looks like shareholders will be wiped out here, what a mess
