You said it wouldn’t stay 2p for long after you took the placing, so forgive me if I feel your judgement and comments may not be correct, even if the seller is out what’s the buy case, there are no catalysts as far as I can see, £16m Mcap, for what, Rio Tinto have walked away and cancelled the JV, if Kobold do the same your talking 0.5p here imo
How do you know the seller is out? Let’s say the seller has 10% and a TR1 says 7% to go… day traders bought it today hoping for a quick Buck, once they realise that is not the case this is heading sub 1p imo, £16m Mcap is ridiculously high for effectively dormant assets
They will be in deep trouble if this heads sub 1p and then Kobold pull out, especially considering they have limited cash and ridiculous bod salaries, probably worth a punt at 0.5p which would be a Mcap of around £6m that’s what this is worth imo
Says who? The BOD…. Who have no skin in the game, didn’t take the placing, don’t buy shares even now and take massive salaries… no exciting drill plans, not much cash, not a producer so what exactly makes this worth £15m… going sub 1p imo
Lol you said it was a string buy at 1.8p!! It’s going sub 1p imo and even then the Mcap is still high for early stage projects with limited drilling if any at all taking place, 0.5p it’s probs worth a punt and by the end of the year that’s where this is heading imo
If they had told me they have enough cash and 100% won’t raise over the next 6 months then I’d buy back in large at 2p, but I just believe they need cash backed up by research, we shall see either way I’ll be back in it’s just a matter of timing
The fact remains that they had approx £660k left as of Dec 31st 2022 and the cash burn is over $2m a year so simple maths says they don’t have much cash left given we are in July…. The longer they leave it to do a placing the lower the price will go that’s how the aim market works companies drift lower on no news, even if they only need £1m to tide them over until the end of the year better to place now at 2p than waiting g for the price to fall sun 2p and having to place at 1.5p or whatever, once it’s out of the way the price should rise but only a fool would buy when 5 mins of research tells you they are now running on fumes and need a cash raise imo
You mean a random poster on LSE gave different Information than the CEO??? Lol I’m so pleased Oscar knows more than Tim himself, definitely believe everything you read on LSE its 100% factual honestly no one talks their own book better than an rns really Oscar’s posts, lol
Fair enough but these discussions have been going on for years Tim always mentions they are close and nothing gets signed, we shall see, what is for certain is using Lanstead doesn’t work it just drains the share price to new lows when there is no news flow
When did Tim say IMM was in a robust financial position?? Approx £660k left as if 31st Dec…. That’s a fact, a £4m placing at 2p wouldn’t be a bad thing especially if there’s a retail offering too, it would fund IMM for 2 years and give retail a chance to average down
Once the placing is announced it will remove the u certainly over the price, if they can get say £4m away at 2p that should see them funded for 2 years and investors would be able to buy with confidence, atm the risk of a severe discount due to poor placing terms on offer is too much of a risk to take incase they shaft us at 1.5p or something daft, should be announced soon I’m guessing at they only had around £650k at 31st Dec
Actions certainly do speak louder than words and even the words are useless, nothing on Disko, nothing in Dundas, nothing on Kang, just oh we are drilling a few holes in a project we had put to the back of the que because we hve nothing else to do this year, it’s heading sub 1p especially if one of the major holders offloads and who could blame them
