Imo April we could get first news on revenues being tax year end and ties in with 6 months worth of data.

I would also say if this recession is to happen in 2024, everyone knows capital markets totally freeze up and i’m glad FG has been proactive rather than reactive to possible scenarios.

QBT is a niche business for sure and i’m positioned appropriately my % of risk i’m happy to take a hit on.

Extending the bond maturity date to 2026 now means the money QBT had set aside to pay the bond for 2024 means that capital can be deployed elsewhere.

‘The face value of the remaining Bond is €2,708,170’.

The fact FG has options at a higher sp reassures me his objectivities align with SH that he intends QBT to succeed.

My thought process is, everything is up and running the miners are now conducting DD / negotiations ongoing.

Perhaps extension of the bond was to have capital at hand to expand services out of North America. As FG states this as primary focus of operations, so whos to say other miners QBT are in ‘advanced discussions’ are based there.

Until we get the RNS confirming deal signed and cash received, Insto’s and HNW individuals will be waiting.

As they deal on ‘FACT’ not hope, so this gives us retail a chance to get in before them.

This perfectly healthy price action imo.
