Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Thanks Hexam for the example.
@ Argobull if we went on the basis of:
Argo’s cash burn per month is $3million per month - $36 per year
Argo’s average mined btc per month if we used 150 pm - forward sell a years worth of mined btc at 1800 total.
If the value of btc goes to say $50,000 in two years time.
that 1800 btc be worth $90,000,000.
Could be a lucrative opportunity to me.
thats why not to over complicate it.
simple capital upfront for future btc mined.
Argo will know what their cashburn rate is & accordingly know what they’d need to get by for next 12 / 24 months per say.
i haven’t seen this idea spoken of in here or telegram chat.
Argo to sell future mined btc - either fixed amount mined or set period of time
for immediate capital cashflow boost.
Kinda how Mexican government forward sells oil production at a hedged price.
This way Argo dont have to sell any family silver (miners or sites).
I’d be sure they’d be entities interested in such a proposal, who are pro-crypto / have forward looking horizon on btc price.
Just me musing.
ORR currently holds a 90% vested interest in all future valuations within Cameroon.
So atm until a JV is signed, any minimal upgrade to the JORC resource adds serious $’s to ORR balance sheet.
Great finish today roll on tomorrow
bol to us all
Hahaha Kutzz reminds me of old times lol
be churning through these 500,000,000 shares at placing price of 0.12.
same again tomorrow please
and messi to bag a hatty lol
at time of writing gold has perked up.
remember maiden reserve has gold set at a price of $1800?
If gold gets jiggy 2023 Q1 to $2000 think how much that could add onto ORR’s reserve asset sheet ;)
bol to us all
haha no bulls left in Argo.
all been shot, butchered and in the oven
Well Push2 sounds like we need the salt merchants to grit site access lol
ORR has to add value by the drill bit, only more exploration and increasing this resource body in size will improve the SP / Mcap.
If we can’t get a JV soon based on the encouraging start of Cameroon.
Then likely we see what price a royalty company would pay atm for what has been found.
So ORR can get an immediate cash injection.
Just my thoughts
I forgot to add:
RNS states at a gold pricing at $1800 - so if all the gold bugs (including Gareth Salloway) are saying 2023 $2000+ price.
This will appreciate in value as a result
Fantastic news:
At least this maiden resource can now be ‘bankable’ and help underpin ORR’s valuation…
Reading everyones posts & between the lines, current SP to intrinsic value are poles apart!
This now should give great assurance with a JORC
compliant resource, that new investors that they are buying at a very cheap price!
Bol to us all
Glad to read Kutzz you’re still around :)
we are at abysmal lows it makes no sense (for me anyways) to take the eye-watering hit.
all the best to you & all orr holders
Agree if only Argo decided to do this from a higher sp.
Another prime example of the boards incompetence
“provides the funds we need to deliver meaningful progress at our exploration projects over the coming month."
well Bob you’ve committed this to statement lets see it!!!!
Sounds promising Hawaii50
Just for the record Jackbal;
When Tim joined ORR it was on the same day the IAG jv deal was signed. Tim did say it was a poor deal and wouldn’t have passed if he was in the top seat.
Just fyi
Firstly Hawaii 50 to you & others who called out the warnings, you’ve been proven right i doth my cap to you sir.
I just as angry this has happened, but also somewhat relieved that at least theres some more funding to get ORR through to another year (hopefully).
Maybe ORR took the opportunity with this recent SP rise to get the placing away. Who knows?
To me personally i’m was already 80% down so to be back at these levels doesn’t really affect me. To the new PI’s welcome to the ‘pain train’ that happens on AIM.
We all now have to pray Cameroon delivers stella results as i doubt we can rely on IAG fast tracking anything on the Senegal projects.
Best wishes to all
Ooo dear Bottom Feeder very salty today!
Can’t blame him as hes moaning on other company message boards, whilst being financially invested in them.
Clearly good at making bad choices & backing losers rather than winners lol ;) X
Hopefully good times ahead lads
Well overdue and deserved
