Tremendous rise of over 900 pts in abt 7-10 days, 95% of which occurred in past 24 hrs abt 18-20% rse inc. o/n rise:)

Think it's forming a Gartley and/or Butterfly so we shd get a decent pb; it lost over 100pts in less than 20 mins this morn so sure moves fast!:)

Wld prefer it fills 2 lower gaps first prior to filling upper gap...let's see....

The drop is imminent but too many expecting it so will happen when they catch out the weak bears who are probably in pain anyhow as I suspec tthey wld have started shorting at least 1+ wk ago and catch out the bulls also...especially any recent ones who no longer expect a bearish market....

A further increase in the indices wont surprise me as my charts are indicating a remaining rise yet so am wary and did indicate last week of a further rise yet....

Just been trading Natty all day today and scalping spx/dow only for the time being until absolute *clear* signs present themselves one way or another;)

Throw in likes of Brexit, Germany's flagging economy (under the radar; too many focused on UK, US, China) but most seem to be overlooking Germany..i.t's looking dire as the Dax has been indicating for a long time now but unsure why peeps arent recognising/focused upon it....

Not looking rosy anyhere really ...imho...eek!

IF the markets are abt to go the way I see according to the charts and IF they will fall as deep as I anticipate, THEN in that scenario what I mean by Cash is King is that it is better to be in Cash than Stocks.IMHO.

Of course this is based on the cavets outlined above:)

FX is extremely volatile and open 24/7 so very risky in a volatile market and unless entry is good I definitely dont mean holding currencies!

Charts are indicating downtrend but currently awaiting drop to commence as rally of past 2 wks has been incredible and they are pushing the weak shorts with dips being bought every time.

Imo this is a matter of time and when/if the drop happens, it is going to be worse than that of Dec...

If you havent done any research on LA/etc, dont invest. Simple! You're just asking for trouble otherwise....

Remember being on the sidelines/mainly in cash is just as much of a position as holding stocks...:)
