I totally agree. :) 14s is as low as we will ver see - regardless of whether a takeover happens or not.................IMO:) An even if the takeover doesn't happen, no problem. SEPU has resolveable issues that can only mean in the near term, it would rerate anyway...................:)

Didnt say you did ave to be invested. But as said, if one of your companies was suspeneded over Xmas, wld it matter? NO.

And my point is SEPU cant nosedive from here as it has not gone up 7x........so will not nosedive. AST justfiably nosedived as it went up 700-800% simply based on sentiment of a possible offer. NOTHING MORE. Hence why it nosedived when the offer was withdrawn.............. SEPU remains within a price level reflective of current market value and not 7x sentiment value hence why it will not nosedive from here even if the offer does not go ahead.............

Cadogan did not feel it was worth that. As I said, it's not what the market deems the value to be, it's what the approaching company deems it to be worth. End of. And Cadogan obviously did not deem it to be worth 7p-8p at the time. Hence why the takeover never occurred.......... SEPU is completely different to AST. It is main market, has an established client base around the world, over 30 countries globally, is a recognised brand name. contracts, assets, etc etc. As said, very different to AST...........

If you're going to give a perspective on a share you're not even invested in, you/anyone should at a very minmium make the 'alternative' view at least credible........ at the very least...............

WM - That's because AST multiplied 7x to its original sp once the approach was made but AST was NEVER worth that price at that time hence why cadogan withdrew.......... SEPU has not multiplied to 7x 15p. And IS worth it...........

So?? What if it is?? Us LTH have held for 2+ months. What's another 6-8 weeks??? Nothing happens for a 2-3 week period during Xmas anyhow..... Those holders who were holding before it plummeted won't mind waiting either if they get more of their capital back. If one of your companies was suspended over Xmas, wld it make any difference to you?? No. Didn't think so............:)

I wont deny it. P****k! :P I researched this inside out and reported everything on the board at the time so i know it inside out. Was preoccupied when these posts were being posted. Need to correct any BS being thrown about as I 100% believe in the company.........and genuinely believe it is worth at least 3-4x to a potential bidder and more within the market........... Slugworth GL with SEPU. Think it' abt to repay our loyalty in the next few weeks :))) And another things guys. You're all looking at it with a very short term view. If a takeover does happen, the value of the takeover company is likely to increase in the future for LTH........depends what one's strategy is..not everyone wants AIM, quick turnovers, 10-20% trades.....

Perhaps and perhaps not. Hendersons increased their holdings and i doubt very much they did it based on a possible offer coming through. The price has been been very obviously suppressed for at least a month now and there have also been posters that have been 'placed' on SEPU for very obviious reasons at the time I decided to leave that board. Thie appearance at that time was to deter holders. Those guys are always working for the 'bigger man' in order to suppress the sp so their 'bosses' can get in at a lower price and buy in vast quantities. Seems to have worked with the sp in 14 as of past 10 days. The IIs may have recognised SEPU is significantly undervalued and hold on until it rerates significantly higher and 18-22 is not vastly higher (IMO) c.f. what SEPU was trading at previously. Over 57% was held by IIs at the time..............

at it like this. If an offer is made and accepted (which was anticipated by us LTH) happy days. If an offer is made and rejected by SEPU, it will automatically re-rate SEPU to a higher value that they deem it to be worth. In these circumstances, these shares then tend to trade around the offer figure, perhaps slightly lower thereon. It will also infer that any company making an offer in the future will have to come in at a higher offer. Whatever the conclusion, the days of the sp in its teens shd be long behind the LTH.....................GLA:)

Chuckie. SP shd hit the roof on Monday but remember every TDL will be trading it. Also, it may take a while for talks to be concluded (which may or may not result in a final offer being bOTH agreed AND accepted. Personally I think it will as this was on the books from the beginning due to 3-4 heavy drops this year) and the only reson I held for so long. I'm actually surprised it hasn't been suspended. Yes guys,. Really nice surprise. I take my eyes off for a whole day of all my shares to concentrate on 'life' and s.bs and look what happens. Me thinks me needs to disappear more often.....Im jinxed! ;) Thanks for letting me know. Not!! :)
