PMs took a bashing this morning. Gold down $4 from highs of yday eve and so silver etc have followed. :(( FOMC in US today which will have an impact on $, gold, indices and hence cld see this have a domino effect on other PMs so let's keep our fingers crossed for later on! Seer, AEX, SML are taking a bashing today so maybe good opps. I have topped up in SML twice already. Yes, looks like miners have been hit hard and are continuing to be so today. KOD had an RNS but no major effect on sp. PS Crumbs, just remembered. If I shd not mention other shares on here, pls let me know. I knw some boards dont like it. Im stll loyal to HOC of all the PM realted shares though! Sorry, but able to talk abt anything and e'thing on M board that I forgot abt 'etiquette' on other boards. Apologies e'one :(

Seer, a profit is a profit is a profit ;))) Lol re your optimist analogy! I am going to take a look at yours if you dont mind; may be one to look into? If so, wld you mind if I asked our resident chartist on the M board to do a chart? I cannot claim any rights to hardly any of my 'babies' ;)) AEX and KOD are from a guy called Chris who seems to have the Midas Touch. Beware AEX yet as it is due to undergo consolidation so may be better to wait until then. KOD is meant to be a really good one and also contributed by AKA0. SML also is one to look at. Done very well to date; traded it in and out but shd have stayed in. MTFB is mine but as a pharma may take a while though in 3rd stage of clinical trials and now NASDAQ listed so potentially a blockbuster drug on their hands. There is 88e also, then there is AST which cld go either way. If there is an appeal re permit or Henderson convert more CLN's, down it goes. Else a very good buy in price at present (imo) but 50:50..... You/anyone here, pls feel free anytime to come to the M board as stated on a prior occasion. Always in need of new and fresh views/opinions/contributions:) Else, I'll kp popping by here on/off if you guys don't mind? Hi Seer, so Noggers was right, you have another baby to take care of:) Well done on your profits; fantastic!:)) Im concentrating on the indices and PMs and am in AST AEX MTFB and SML and a few others not worth mentioning (!)......looking to buy a couple w potential but not in any rush. As you say, currently very volatile and summer is coming soon....quiet period. I'm quietly confident abt HOC, short and long term. Take care and kp making profits:)

Hi Guys:) Nogs, don;t sweat it with HOC:). We all know how solid this is and I firmly believe any drops at present are not so much due to HOC's own fundamanetals but with the precious metal markets. If you;re invested, rather than trading, you won't lose out....imho:) Yup, the blasted US market has had an adverse effect but also USDJPY which has decided it will continue to rise. So, in effect, until its rise subsides, there will be a further small decline I suspect. Gold was rising but also hit. FOMC tmrw so this will also have an effect on all major indices and gold in part'r so beware of that tmrw. Also, silver still remains within that imprtnt fib level so not all that bad...... However, give it this week and let's see where the precious metals are then; I wldnt be too concerned, honestly:)) Cld be a gd top up opp;y:) GL:-)

Gd morning Noggers. Not a prediction- Im not that good (any good for that matter!) nor a clairvoyant!;) Howver, silver is obeying the techs. It has increased as you correctly noted and has gone up mre than gold overnight which is presently dithering. The increase is in spite of blasted USDJPY also rising so once this begins its descent (immiment imo) then silver can do its thing;) Baby steps.......:) Gd Luck e'one.

Just briefly read last few msgs and good news is here (imo)....well according to techs if they you believe them that is. Precious metals have just undergone a retarce/minor correction in past 1-2 weeks hence drop in HOC. Silver (CFD) was expected to stay above $17 but dropped to the $16 levels and bounced neatly today off the 123.60% level ie $16.854. Ive now bought silver as convinced this is the low and gone long (s/bets). I intend to purchase HOC tmrw as I am convinced we shd now see a significant bounce and depending on how silver performs in next 24 hrs, shd see HOC rise. So Noggers, maybe yr wish will come true by tmrw/wed. I am buying in as see a 10% gain quite easily; just hoping it doesnt gap up on the open! Also the ratio of silver to gold rise will be significantly in favour of silver for the short to medium term, so barring any black swan event Noggers, no this shd not hit the 190 level again:) Indeed precious metals shd do very well in the next few months........(touchwood!). Whilst I write this, USDJPY is steady but shd it go up overnight, it wld make metals drop. Just a warning.....USDJPY is our enemy! AIMHO and GLA:) PS Seer, Hi! SPX hit high off 2241 last night Silver broken 17s yday afternoon Gold still dithering at 1170s Oil WTI broke $50 last night. NOT a good sign at all. Watch out for oil related stocks in coming days/weeks (warning)........... DAX broke year highs of 11000!!! Dow broke highs...... GLA:)
