day yday on the markets. Gold and the dollar caught most out. Dollar bounced hard; gold lost almost $30 from $1315-ish to $1286-ish. The drop ''fina-flipping-ly'' came. Usdjpy bounced hard and hit gold where it hurts and down it came into the 1280s. Whether today will be just a dead cat bounce remains to be seen as gold is not in a bull market whichever way you look at it. Any rise of the past 6+ months have all been lost and crushed only to bring gold back down to successive lower lows....................... Personally any rally/bounce in gold in the MT-LT is just that; one that will be short lived as gold cld potentially go under $900-1000 in the future..........something most are in disagreement with but we shall see (LT view)!

Lol. Sounds pretty cool but I dont think I want anything automated. Bad enough when I do it meself and get FFS. Gawd knows what auto trades wld do to me account! Looks like gold does want lower then.....doesnt move much for weeks/months and then gives the entire fall in one day! Typical gold.... I guess low 1200s to 1250 wld be asking too much:)

NP Ionic! I did the same at 1290 :) Had a few lower targets which cld yet still get hit but dont think so today. Think the annihlation of all instruments bar NG is done for today and we see mini rallies That's not to say gold may not go lower tmrw/in next few days.....depends what the $ decides to do. BTW, did i mention it had entered the naughty 90s!! ;;P Good Luck :)

$1290 hit :) Beware the $. Dont think many saw it coming i.e bounce of $ and gold longs totally got caught out. Usdjpy up; gold down. Always. Usdjpy bounced from 109.xx to 110.xx. Beware the cuurencies and their effects on the commods. Usdjpy shd never be underestimated....

Personally, I wldnt touch it at present. Wld allow some time to pass. Even for a trade, safer, less riskier bets out there imo....not enough momentum or sentiment currently even for a trade. IMHO.... This cld potentially go lower yet...

Looking at your chart Fix, there are upper targets from 72-74, but lower targets ie mid to uppers 60s that exist technically so with oil it's now a case of which way and it is less obvious than has been in recent weeks where it just went up and up...hence why it's even more risky now..... But BTD ultimately.......
