Dow up 400+ points from yday lows
SPX up almost 55 points
Even Dax up 300-ish points....

AMZN and Giggle may take NQ up further later....

EEM, yes. So low that they offer a great R:R for recovery over the longer term but ob';y still great volatility and risk currently until we know lows are in.....I wldnt personally buy anything yet!

Good analogy re funds.....you're forced to leave it alone and gains over a longer time average out nicely.... I wldnt recommend any US funds for a good few yrs now to anyone.....
