FTR, we made it to Xmas and agreed on a gazillion things in the end s we smashed our targets of '3'!!

Drops per se arent so worrying as we had them in Feb. What is worrying is what they've been hiding for months and is beginning to be realised: global economy is in trouble. Simple.....
