Everyone knows the worst of Covid is over. Russia has announced a vaccine US will follow shortly.

2021 so will be the best ever year for cinematic releases.

Oh and Cineworld will probably get approached for a buy out next few weeks

There are 4 takeover candidates.... Cineworld has never been more vulnerable

1. Mooky and Private Equity
2. A large film studio like Disney
3. An internet giant like Netflix or Amazon
4. Jhango, who are building a stake

Given recent changes in US law allowing film studios to own cinema chains, I think it will be no.2.

Remember closed cinemas don't cost much .... just empty shells mostly. Rents have mostly been deferred.

It's accepted that even 25% gives very good profitability.... you must be new or a deramper

Only need 25,% occupancy for healthy profitability!
