i might wait a tad longer before a small top up. its only my loose change here, so happy to wait this one out over many years. its a good punt on the recovery of the comercial property market, which will happen at some stage

true, looks bad. thatys why sp is at an all time low. but the writedowns are book entries only. the company is still trading profitably and looking to pay a divi even in these difficult times. there may or may not be an ri. im looking at this as a long term recovery play, investing samll amounts over a long period of time. when commercial property values are back up say in five years time, this will be over 100p again. worth throwing the loose chnage at i think, as they pay divis

whats happening with this share? seems to be falling further? i may top up a little but i will wait till news from the company before any major investment

i bought some at 25.5 - thanks for the tip. i will top up gradually. i think this is one to top up in small amounts, and keep for the long term as a nest egg. much better than savings in a bank. it'll be back up to its previous highs in 5 years time. in the meantime you have the divis. theres not aproblem with a company doing a an ri and also paying a divi. just shows they are committed to divi. with govt tenants, wich wont be having cashflow probs like some other property companies. shares sem to be just off the all time lows, so look a good solid long term investment, albeit a bit boring. i get my excitemnet from camec (CFM)

true, the debt is large and costly, but the sector and this company will soon be zooming again - should be within next six months or so. btw, i sold pdg to buy into cfm - this miner also rose 15% today. i think the potential rise for cfm is much greater than pdg as commodity prices are the first to rocket at the first sign of a recovery, and cfm is a small but fast grwoing well-diversified miner which sesm seriously undervalued

anyone think these will fall to 20p?
