But Tlw might have to sell on poor terms if they are desperate to exit. Remember Kenyan assets are on the Balance Sheet, and you don't want another reduction in net assets from a fire sale.

This is not necessarily good news. If Kenyan Government is difficult, this would adversely affect the whole sales process and attractiveness of the deal for a new buyer. Who wants to deal with an awkward government ?
