I still look in most days
has anyone emailed RSV ENCO about setting on a Fraud
I'm still checking in a couple of times a week. I wonder what the BOD are upto these days ?
Yes The BOD are ashamed at what they have done, but Fcuk it .....got away with it and are now very well off.
Smooth radio this morning.........."have you been miss-sold aim shares.......no win no fee" ???
Yes, still here and full of hope.
the world is bent, Guy Taylor great watch agree top10sxi
I also look in every day, can't thank Andy and Co. enough for all that they are doing.
hope you don't mind Andy: Hi Phil, it's well documented that shareholders took down the BOD of BHR, and it was absolutely the right decision, even considering the administration which followed. Our shareholder action committee are now in substantive talks as to the potential re-capitalisation of the company and a very real prospect of salvaging the asset. With the information we now have it's incredible as to how incompetent the past directors their were, my feeling is poor management is endemic within many companies especially on AIM. Shareholders need to be far more vocal imo and demand answers and accountability from their BOD's. Attending meetings and asking the difficult questions of the BOD is far more productive than assuming they know what they are doing. It has also alerted me to the very real situation of what is presented in RNS's as being many, many miles from the reality, but I guess we know that anyway given the jackanory stories which prevailed here for a long period of time. The incredible thing is Nomads sign off on the BS, but given we might well seek to nail the past Nomads of BHR, their cosy little existence might well cease if one or two of them swing.. Hope you are well and that maybe we have a beer soon, I've certainly got some good information and experiences which can be shared with you and may be helpful in your activities here. Andy. :+)
hooky, are you fishing ?
Ditto
sorry to hear that duxi..............You are part of the team :-(
Thanks duxi, wasn't having a go mate and sorry if it sounded like I was.
Duxi, if there is any news due then all verified holders will be updated. Remember that some people might still be fishing for info on this board....give them nothing !. Genuine holders of this share will understand that we need to keep all info private to the Action Group verified members.
Hi duxi, just looked in myself. Probably busy fighting our corner, ark doing a sterling job.
in brief: Nominated Advisers (Nomads) Aside from granting leeway in regard to regulatory compliance, the Exchange also mandates continuous oversight and advice by the issuer's underwriter, referred to as a Nominated Adviser (Nomad). The role of Nomads is central to AIM’s regulatory model, as these entities play the role of gatekeepers, advisers and regulators of AIM companies. In advising each firm as to which rules should be complied with and the manner in which existing requirements should be met, Nomads provide the essential service of allowing firms to abide by tailor-made regulation, reducing regulatory costs in the process. Theoretically, Nomads are liable for damages from tolerating misdemeanors on behalf of their supervised companies, including the loss of reputational capital. However, this heavy reliance on Nomads has been criticised as creating a conflict of interest, since Nomads receive fees from the companies they purportedly supervise while, in practice, managing to avoid liability for market misconduct.
are probably in the shredder with the rest of the dodgy stuff
MIND GAMES Perhaps ?
if the hairdresser voted yes or no, he is well known to JFJ. It's not like you or me buying, as noted......which ever way, it was in the BOD's interest.
Mark, Quote: "So as i see it we should be quiet and what will be will be as if we aggravate them they will make it personnel and their objective to screw, so i say we sit back and wait to see what happens." ****er.
