In Israel, these AGM / special meetings are not like the RKH AGM, where you have a presentation and a Q&A session with management. They’re mostly procedural — very few people attend, as the company is simply required to hold them by regulation. very boring...

I don’t want to sound like the party pooper, but based on the agenda and list of topics for tomorrow’s meeting, none of the items up for approval are related to “our” FID, Sea Lion, loans, or anything connected to those matters.

The agenda covers only routine corporate housekeeping — such as reappointing the same accounting firm, reviewing the financial reports, and approving management bonuses and salaries.

I’ve been investing in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange for many years, and meetings like this are standard procedure — they happen all the time and rarely involve any substantial developments.

So, I hope you won’t be too disappointed, but tomorrow’s meeting won’t bring any significant news.

Navitas reports that the Shenandoah project operator has informed it that due to the extension of the final tests on the export pipeline connections (which have already been successfully completed), production from the project is expected to begin in the coming days.

Further to the first quarter report, the Partnership is updating that the operator of the Shenandoah Project, BOE Exploration & Production, LLC (hereinafter: the "Operator"

and the "Project", respectively), has informed it that the final preparations and tests for the commencement of production are continuing as usual, and despite delays due to weather conditions and logistics, they are in the final stages.

According to the Operator and the Partnership, production from the project is expected to begin in mid-July 2025

The second company, 'BLUEWATER SEA LION PRODUCTION COMPANY LIMITED', is owned by Bluewater — the same company that owns the Aoka Mizu FPS, which is planned for Sea Lion.

Seems like things are moving forward with Bluewater involved…

Just a quick correction regarding your vessel update below –

I believe the ISLAND PERFORMER and ISLAND VICTORY are still positioned near the FPS.

Their current locations is updated for now, are reflected in several tracking apps, such as VesselFinder.com.

No significant updates.

For me it's sort of “No news is good news…”

Shenandoah first oil – End of June.

Sea lion – looks like a slight delay – first oil updated from “End of 2027” to Q1 2028.

FID SL planned “during H2” this year, Vs “mid this year” in last report.
