And don't solg have about 7 percent in cornerstone, so really its just under 10 percent that needs to come on board and that could be done easily with a significant share price increase in solg as that would value cornerstone bid higher, all nick mather has to do is release a good.rns

Thanks iceberg, thats some great news, looks like cornerstone are screwed which ever way you look at it and once it gets taken over by solg then they all will be sacked and perhaps thats the reason they want a new board so they could also take some positions, I won't be surprised if they were behind holding the share price down, for their own sake
