It is definitely a sell, as was the 4m this morning.

2 of the trades are for exactly the same amount of shares, so could be a duplicate trade.
The other trade for 4m looks like a sell !
So no buying pressure, hence static share price.

Up again this morning, no trades showing as yet, must be a large buy in the pipeline, probably see it shown up at 9.45am.
