Michael 1ADR = 5 shares. So effectively $0.8 a share. Then take that to £ at what ever exchange rate we have at present....

If one look at the Nasdaq share value we should be sitting at around 85p...

3p is only the nominal value of the shares not the actual market value which at present is 60p....

Sam, the shares won’t be issued at 3p.....common surely you know that.

So it will be only trading on Nasdaq. To do that all you have to do is fill out a form with your broker so not a death sentence......

Also no specific date been given yet, other than Q2, 2020....but could potentially be delayed now with all going on...

Proposed Cancellation from AIM





New York/London, 13 January 2020 - Tiziana Life Sciences plc (Nasdaq: TLSA / AIM: TILS), a biotechnology company focusing on the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics for inflammation and oncology indications, announces that it has appointed advisers in relation to an intended redomicile of the Company to Bermuda which is anticipated to occur by Q2-2020, as a consequence of the redomicile the Company will not be seeking to re-admit its ordinary shares on AIM and will therefore seek shareholder consent for its shares to be cancelled from AIM when the redomicile occurs. A further announcement will be made in due course.



Furthermore, the Company intends to cancel its ADR program and have its Bermuda common shares listed on Nasdaq.



The Company is today attending the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, a copy of the investor presentation that is being used by the Company is available for download from its website at www.tizianalifesciences.com.

MM’s holding on tightly to the shares. Took me ages to buy...and had to go NT in the end...

Tiziana Life Sciences plc (the “Company”) will be relying on the SEC Order to delay the filing of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019 (the “Report”) due to the circumstances related to COVID-19. In particular, COVID-19 has caused severe disruptions in travel and transportation and limited access to the Company’s facilities resulting in limited support from its staff. This has, in turn, delayed the Company’s ability to complete its quarterly review and prepare the Report. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company expects to file the Report no later than June 14, 2020 (which is 45 days from the Report’s original filing deadline of April 30, 2020).......

So no annual report but hopefully an update on the covid-19 status

Looks like it’s kicked into the next gear.....43p paid

Annual results are due either tomorrow or Monday, and I think we will get an update on all projects with that.....so load up.

Also up 13% today...so things are looking like it’s ready to move....or explode would be my choice.

There still seems to be a seller in the background....but definitely somebody hoovering the shares up. So let’s hope the seller clears soon.

Yes, like I said the other day. Somebody is buying in and I think it will stay around this level until they are finished buying. I also think that will coincide with an RNS on further developments.....then be ready for fireworks!!!

MM’s have been clever....a lot of buying in the mornings with a lift in price then a drop back in the afternoon on a few sells.....

Yes, I think people will be looking for an update Monday morning so we might see some take positions here. But in saying that we’ve seen a lot of trades the last few days so. So think it’s already happening.
