I've been watching the trades over the last few weeks and someone is definitely accumulating. Around £3k trades going through at regular intervals

Well and as if by magic, it starts moving. Seller might have cleared….

So fake ad aside, do we think this share still has the potential to move forward, having recently gone to 9p…..

Looks like we might have a selller in the background as the price seems to be kept at around 5p….might be the same people that we had the TR1 for the other day….

But in the same breath seems like others are buying in and some good news flow….

Anybody got any update on this, as I see even the website has been taken down......

So more news this morning which gives a better breakdown of the deal plus what the money earned will be used for and still no movement…..very surprised. Maybe it is a case of people waiting for the 1st £20m to land before it will rise….

I get what the long term holders are saying and to be frank they are correct in their conclusions around the Directors.....murky waters , but I do still think there is potential here. The market got scared with the dilution and the way it's was done.

But for me there is still a good deal on the table and some new business. So I will wait till the dust settle a bit and buy some more.....we will see if that was the correct decision in a few months...

Directors share dealings - good on them....

So in simple terms, we take you're 5.89p value (if £40m is achieved) plus 1.25p for half of the business that is not being sold. We had some very good results today turning a profit + additional contracts, so that should count for 0.75p. Then we still have a company that should be trading closer to 8p than 4p.

Just give it some time to reconsolidate. It has already moved 50% plus this week. So any share will have some sellers at each level. Once cleared and with a background buyer it will go up. Patients.....is required. Trust the research you have done....

Think it will trade the same as yesterday.....drop until around 15h30 and then start picking up again to close around 4,75

I think there is a massive buy order being worked in the background. And the buyer probably has a buy price around 5p, and as such the MM's are playing the price to accumulate stock to be able to execute this buy order. We should however see if this is true by end of play today with any delayed buys (same as yesterday). Once it's executed in full the shackles should be released.

I can appreciate you are down at present, but surely you didn't just buy because of the hype around the share today?

You obviously read the RNS and understood the intrinsic value attached to it, and as such are not worried that it's now down from where you purchased earlier because over the next few weeks the true value of this share will shine through.....

The fact is that they will be getting £40m for half of the business, which will give them the opportunity to further expand. Furthermore they will also be getting business through their new investors which will further enhance the value.

So let us be a bit patient and see what the next week brings.....

I think they are both questionable characters at best. This can be seenwith PCGE.....and other companies they have been involved with in the past. They will look after themselves first before thinking about any PI's....

However that doesn't stop them from making a success from any future ventures (VLRM). It is up to any individual to decide if they want to take the risk of investing in any company that these guys are involved with. I for one got burned with PCGE as with so many other so called lifestyle companies I have invested in over the years. However I have also got some of them right and made my fair share and for that reason I am and will be further investing in VLRM as the opportunity it gives you is potentially massive.....

Sorry, I might be stupid but I don't understand how he can use it for his own gains? Other than knowing there is a low free float but we all know that. Maybe use it to trade at specific times? Not sure.....

Once you 2 stop bickering, you might actually see it’s on the move again.....

I always have the philosophy that if I don’t get along with someone, I just try eliminate any contact with that person....maybe worth trying in your instance ;)
