It's not going sideways it's going down ! ! !

In a week where the market went up every day and almost every share in the UK went up ........
This one went down.

I cant imagine yet another rights issue is needed so this can only be down to people offloading shares at a loss ??? A considerable loss in some cases I would imagine.

I suspect this will get taken over or bought out this year as trevor or a competitor could buy it out of their back pocket at this valuation. You could break it up and asset strip it and get back several multiples of its current market cap. Maybe someone is engineering this situation behind the scenes ?????

A new low of 4p selling price today and a market capitalization just over £4m.
There seems to be quite a few shares being traded daily at these levels and anyone selling is obviously making a loss. I appreciate that market sentiment is poor and CMH is not alone in having its share price battered.
But this is a business that is trading profitably with directors as major stakeholders and full order books on 2 out of the 3 sites ???
Is it people offloading shares that is keeping this company priced at bankruptcy levels because it literally beats me why it's gone from 160p when it wasnt profitable to 4p when it is profitable ! ! !
I am guessing that if the capitalisation remains at this level then it must be considered a target for either a takeover or a buyout.

Wow it's like a kids playground on here sometimes.

A great week for those of us invested. Let's hope China reopens and we can maintain the momentum and keep the good news coming. Having averaged down recently I am hoping this dont fall back next week again like it often does. Have a good weekend all and keep the faith.

So the group returns to profitability. Order intake is good. Energy prices are locked in at favourable levels. 2 of the sites have record profits and healthy forward order books. The board are delivering what they said they would and all the signs are that the new team are driving the changes that were frankly long overdue.

And yet on a day when optimism in the markets was buoyant. The CMH share price dropped even lower despite it already being priced at bankruptcy levels ! ! ! !

I dont know what these guys have to do to get some movement. This is a share that was up around 160p several years back and the group wasnt even profitable then like it is now.

I am confident this will be re rated at some point but meanwhile it literally beats me why its glued to the floor.

So debt is reducing. Flying hours are increasing. Defence contracts are higher than they have ever been. New revenue streams are in the pipeline. Restrictions are being lifted in china. Guidance for the 2022 year is maintained.

And the share price drops ??????

This is a business with an incredible product and some heavyweight stakeholders. Yet it's not even close to being viable in it's current format. It can only be a matter of time before merc or the chinese walk away with the name. I am at a loss to understand why the saudi fund pumped a load of money in recently ?????

Is there anyone else who sees this business being taken private in a management buy out ??
The chairman and trevor are very hands on from what people inside have told me. Also the new ceo is young and very motivated and will want 20 years plus out of this unlike the last one who was just topping up his pension.
It will be interesting to see the numbers when they arrive and I can only see the market capitalisation increasing as it's way under asset value at this level. The walsall site alone is worth more than the shares and the other sites are loaded out with orders apparently.

Removing the cap on millionaire bankers bonuses at a time when the country is on its knees and removing the highest tax bracket also for millionaires is also absolute political suicide at a time when half the working people in the country are looking to go on strike to get few extra quid.
I hope all the people who back stabbed boris out of office are happy. Truss is out of her depth and couldnt run a bath and needs to reverse last fridays fiasco before we all lose our shirt.

We have kami kwasi and truss who could not run a bath to blame here. Along with the media who constantly peddle doom about a housing crash that wont happen. The fundamentals of this business have not changed yet the share price has halved recently. Markets are driven by sentiment and once that changes this will recover quickly. It's a buying opportunity with both dividend yield and SP increase built in at these levels. I have it as a long term hold along with TW and see this as a chance to average down.

Everyone slated the government for sitting on the sidelines while the media convinced everyone there was a crisis.
Truss has taken decisive action to revive the economy and lower tax in a country with a penal tax regime.
Those who are driven and motivated and self sufficient will gain the most and that's the way it should be instead of subsidising all the passengers coming along for the ride on the back of their efforts.
I never though RR would go this low again but at least it presents a buying opportunity and the gains will be stronger when they come. Keep the faith and ride the storm and be greedy when others are fearful as someone once said ! ! !

Keep the faith. Share prices are driven by sentiment and that is shot to pieces everywhere you look. The fundamentals here are sound. High barriers to entry. A huge forward order book. Aviation recovering. Management tackling the debt. A new ceo and chairman. Lots of involvement in green initiatives in nuclear and aero. This is way oversold along with many others currently and in 2 years time you will wish you had piled in at 75p.

I was speaking with someone involved with the business today and it's all positive.

Past customers are returning and volumes are up significantly. The directors are buying and that's always a good sign. This business is trading profitably and is investing and reducing debt. It's only a matter of time before it gets recognition and the SP moves up significantly.
You only have to look at the track record of the chairman and TB to realise that these people are no mugs and they are both buying.

As a past customer and enthusiast its painful to watch what is happening here. As a brand it is fantastic but as a business its hopeless.

I bailed out of this around £12 at a loss with my core holding although I traded it several times profitably as well. It is certainly only for the brave now or those with an appetite for risk.

I dont think Stroll is the man to take this forward and it needs a change at the helm because he cant keep blagging it when the numbers dont come even close to adding up. It needs Merc or another suitor with deep pockets and automotive experience to continue the mission. I also think stroll has used this as a vanity project and his involvement in F1 is also under question due to his judgement and management style.

Let's hope for a positive outcome for the business, the investors and the brand. I will be watching closely from the sidelines this time ! ! !

Fill your boots ! ! ! Just bought a big chunk at 1992 to bring my average way down. With a yield nearing 12% it's a no brainer for that alone and its sure to bounce back 10% plus when market sentiment improves and inflation stabilises.
It might be a bumpy ride but you will kick yourself in six months when you look back at this opportunity if you sit on the sidelines.

Next link....... I have contacts within the business and they are telling me that a lot of positive things are happening. New orders are in the pipeline and the new team are driving change and reducing the cost base significantly.

Let's hope the next set of numbers reflect this and the share price moves accordingly. Trevor is nobody's fool and his track record of wealth creation speaks for itself. He is buying again because he knows that this share is going to multiply several times.

The number of vehicles sold across all regions has fallen with double digit declines in Americas and Asia Pacific.
Net debt has increased from 892m to 957m.
SUV sales have fallen the most and yet this is apparently the saviour model.
And on top of all this this Lawrence Stroll has lost patience with the CEO and sacked him with immediate effect ! ! !

I am at a loss to understand why the SP has not tanked today.

Cant understand the fall today on the back of solid trading and a payout on the horizon.
An 11% yield and the potential to rise significantly place this share in bargain territory for me.
This share should be a cornerstone of anyone's SIPP or ISA and I have doubled my holding today
Even the pundits on fool.com keep singing its praises and blackrock are buying.
Once the Ukraine noise dies down and inflation and interest rates move out of the headlines then this can only rise significantly back to where it should be.

If this share apparently moves with the airlines then EZY and IAG are both up and RR as usual is down.
This share is massively undervalued and the board dont seem to give a toss. No statements. No news. No nothing from them. Silence.
Let's hope the new CEO does communication better than the outgoing one.
It's a world class engineer with third rate PR people. It was higher than this when the planes were grounded FFS.

I am new to Poly and I see nothing but opportunity here.
The price was 1200 around a month ago and now it's around 300. The fundamentals and operations of the business are mostly unchanged. The company are saying and doing all the right things. The dividend yield on purchases made now are likely to be substantial and the prospects for SP growth are even more substantial.
When the Ukraine situation stabilises which it will in the coming months then the prospective yield on offer here will be substantial and the listing back on LSE main index will almost certainly be restored giving even more traction and a return to £10+ levels.
All the people going on about daily movements need to look at the bigger picture and come back in 6 or 12 months.

My biggest concern regarding Poly is sleepy joe biden and our buffon boris.
Both of these clowns are using Ukraine to deflect from the fact that neither of them could run a bath and divert their populations attention from issues at home.
Zelensky is as big a crook as Putin but credit to him for handling this well and let's hope there is an agreement because this stock will go through the roof. I bought too early and are breaking even now but I am still confident of doing well here over the next 12 months.
