Of course he is a one hit wonder
Did a good deal 10 years ago and has, since then, built a career from cash-cow companies that only go sideways or bacwards. Never forwads. Good work if you can get it!
Ive worked 65 hours this week.
Work smart, not hard.
There are opinions, and then there are facts. The data doesnt lie:
Colin Bird’s AIM record (as of Jan 23):
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.08
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 1.8
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.3
£XXXXXXX paid out in salaries to Colin Bird from these companies during the times
Stock Prices watered down by placings after placings and projects that go round in circles- meanwhile Colin Bird lives in the tax free luxury in UAE and indulges in expensive race horses.
XTR was the one that was going well- but it looks like, in true CB style, he oversold its potential- it peaked closed to 8/9 now has crashed back down as investors now realise that CB was talking **** about it.
If something has happened in Kanye- it would be breaking LSE rules NOT to say it.
If drilling has truly begun and we get a random 'exceptional' (beware) assay in a few weeks- would that be breaking rules that drilling commencement had begun?
Rememeber the random Kalengwa results that were proven to be ****? There was no announcement about the commencement of drilling?
If something has happened in Hope-which explains lack of assays. If they have stopped drilling due to lack of funds, would it be breaking LSE rules by not announcing it?
I think the Birdman's salary is around 60k?
I wonder how many days a month he spends on BZT- im guessing 1 or 2. Not a bad gig he has going on. Multiply that by his 4 AIM cashcows- and its a hefty salary for poor results.
I made a little money out of XTR also, sold too early. I knew it was a spike but didnt realise would go as high as 8 or id have held on.
The ONLY way you can make money from CB companies is to surf those spikes
But it is generally only a downward trend
He is REALLY stuck now, his last attempt at a ramp at XTR has failed miserably- a maiden resource announced yday- muted market reaction- SP remained flat.
OFC there is only so long you can get away with what he has been doing
Several people have complained to AIM/FCA about him, so lets see if anything comes of it.
CB is spread to thinly over his 4 (maybe more?) AIM companies
Together they must give him a decent salary- 200 or 300k- tax free in UAE
But even within the individual companies- they are spread to thin. Companies with a small cap and having several projects- the majority of which move sideways or forwards at the pace of a geriatric snail. WHen one project stalls, he moves to another. When you havent added value to the first project- you just dilute dilute and dilute which is why the SP of every CB 'company' has crashed under his tenure.
Its like 'keepie uppie'. Goal is to not let the ball touch the ground. The longer he keeps the ball up, the longer cash flows from private investors--> which funds his hippophilic UAE lifestyle. Touching the ground would be the reality.
Say what you may- but the cold hard objective facts are as follow-
Colin Bird’s AIM record, as of mid Dec 22:
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.08
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 1.9
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.4
Now look at how much has been transferred to him via salaries and other perks over the same timeframe. There is only one winner in this game...
The danger is watching out of the ramp followed by a short term positive run, followed by a placing.
XTR could easily go back to its bottom of circa 1.5.
CB is really struggling to find a decent ramp that will allow him to do one of his placings which fund his lifestyle in UAE
Colin Bird’s AIM record, as of mid Dec 22:
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.08
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 1.9
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.4
Well there will always be those with their heads in the sand..but objectively, the answer is NO
Have a look back at the history of failed targets and promises in each of his companies
Colin Bird’s AIM record, as of mid Dec 22:
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.08
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 1.9
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.4
I mean, why wouldnt you if you could?
CB has done very well [for HIMSELF] from his AIM 'businesses'
But you can see how the tide has turned- investors very wary of his class ramp-then-dilute strategy. Recent RNS like yesterdays just gets met with ambivalence.
What is it they say- you cant trick all the people all the time?

ust a reminder
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.1
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 1.9
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.4
£££ extracted from them to fund his expat lifestyle makes you wonder what is the purpose of these 'companies'- it certainly isnt to progress developments or make a profit is it? CBs companies go sideways or one step forward/one step back.
Just a reminder

Yeah well all those podcasts and share 'shows' are all very sketchy
They make their money from traffic, so work hand in hand with CEOs- questions are very obviously rehe****d and they throw the CEOs softball after softball questions.
Colin Bird has mastered them, contacting them whenever he needs to pump up the SP of one of his many failing companies.
Noone is going to go on a channel/podcast where they ask you probing questions so its a win win scenario for the them and the CEO.
The Sunday Roast is the ultimate of CB snakeoilmanship
First, what happened to Kanye- a rig was mobilised weeks ago according to CB- is this one of those cases when we will get an 'incredible' preliminary assay out of the blue only to be followed by a placing? Be very wary of what he is pulling with this though I expect we just dont have the money to prove up that resource- this would cost millions alone and we dont have the money in the bank.
Secondly, Hope- lets be realistic- what is taking so long- companies do 2 or 3 rounds of drilling in this time frame.
Third- Mankayan- a dead duck which only serves as a ramping tool when CB has no other news
XTR is indicative of a Colin Bird company- its SP was close to 10 when he took over- crashed down to the mid 1s- he had some half-decent assays- ramped and ramped and oversold the potential- possible takeover, start mining the copper ourselves etc etc some people bought in at the spike as it touched 8. Its now back under 2 once investors slowly realised it was just another CB dead duck.
Remember- XTR was the one slightly decent company he had in his stable of cr**. If he couldnt make that one work out, what makes you think he will do anything with BZT?
So again- here is his record:
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.1
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 1.9
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.4
In that time- how much money has been squeezed out of the companies to fund the expat lifestyle and of a septegarian horse-riding aficianado in the UAE? How much money did he bleed from AFB, GLL, XTR and BZT last year? And we arent talking just salary- expenses as well. 'Business trip' (cough cough) to Zambia- 5 star hotel, maybe a safari while he is out there. I can only imagine what he claims for expensies.
What is the actual purpose of Colin Bird 'companies'? Can someone tell me?
Remember that XTR was the rough diamond in the pile of s*** that is Colin Bird nests of cashcows.
Even that, he is now stuck with- and all his talk of possible takeovers or opening the mine has proven to be typical CB horses***
I find it particularly funny that he named the fields in XTR with horseracing-themes. He is a notorious fan of horses and I suspect thats where a large % of our money goes. He is almost literally laughing in the PIs faces with this one.
There is no way we can repay that loan, in reality- it all hinged on Cyprus which Colin Bird waxed lyrically about and ramped on the Sunday Roast.
Hope is nowhere near a JORC resource and its deluded to think so- you could dig with a fork and would have dug more metres than that which is *alleged* to have gone in Hope. Drilling does NOT take that long. You would normally have expected 2 or 3 phases of drilling with results in this time frame.
I suspect we just dont have the funds
CB is in a sticky position- BZT is likely broke, any further placings would mean destroying the already destroyed SP, Cyprus is dead, Mankayan continues to be a dead duck- he will really struggle to find something to ramp the SP as he normally does.
If he does manage it- i can guarantee he will issue placings straight away- so beware f the veracity of whatever he says.
MrT has been hashing out the same CB cheerleading for 2 years now
Its a bit suspicious, we all know some really gullible and naive people but he is suspiciously always bootlicking CB.
I'd love to know who is behind that account- not making any accusations...
