For anyone who is considering investing in UPL, todays events at 88e acts as a stark reminder about the importance of being an early investor and having the courage to wait for your investment to bear fruit. Once the rerate begins, it becomes a serious issue trying to time an entry after the sp has bagged once or twice. Earlybird investors enjoy minimal downside and are more comfortable when extreme volatility begins. That said, like UPL, 88e has huge potential. I'm sure 88e investors who are nursing a paper loss will be rewarded if they can exercise a little patience.
Looks like you have spotted another microcap with bags of potential, I remember reading your quality posts on the bb of a popular beverage and the 88e tip off has certainly delivered...due dilligence complete and happy to invest here..gla
taken a med-long term positiion here this morning. I have had this stock on my watchlist for some time and the RNS this morning has satisfied me that Venn has the necessary fundamentals to move it out of this trading range in the next quarter. A nice, steady, share with great potential... imo, of course.
Below is a link to the 5 resolutions that were passed at our AGM today, the first 4 are Ordinary resolutions and the 5th considered a Special resolution - http://www.teathers.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Teathers-Financial-Plc-AGM-Notice-28-May-2015.pdf Also, Tea took a position in Jubilee Platinum (JLP) from a placing @ 1.6p - RNS out today.
RNS today http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=TEA&ArticleCode=bk53xso4&ArticleHeadline=New_Investment In a nutshell, TEA have taken a £50k position in suspended stock Chal @ 0.35p by purchasing shares from an existing shareholder, popular opinion seems to suggest that Chal will open after suspension at a considerably higher sp. Some PI's are voicing concerns over the TEAapp and the length of time it's taking to release V2, my position is long and strong, very comfortable hold and will accumulate on dips.

I wouldn't normally be surprised by 1 x SP Monitoring Ext if a stock had been particularly heavily traded during the day and was highly volatile just before the closing bell, but to have 2 with our last recorded trade being a small buy @ 15:55 plus it's a bit of a stretch to say it's been volatile or busy here today. Most perplexing... could be tied in to the minuscule free-float?
I'd add some AUCT today to complement my pf, not brave enough to jump into GATE after such a stellar rise - I like to be in before the action starts. With so few shares in issue (2.4m), any buying pressure should push this up nicely. GLA
on a cracking RNS. Profits up by >600%. I see the CFO and another Director, Alan Kentish, have both increased their holdings in recent months which is highly encouraging. Totally off the radar, but not for long imo.
