With 31m shares between Remy and Nick, can't see them wanting a jv with AA. Remy stated in the Indaba conference earlier in the year, before AA's current Involvement. That our expertise is in exploration and discovery, and not in production. They want a sale, and then move to another project? Only question remains at what price? How many Tier1 discoveries are found? What exactly are AA's DD? Are they drilling deeper in already confirmed mineralisation? No one knows? One thing is certain, that Tier1 assets of any mineral is always sought after. I'm still holding for a good gain from current sp, so confident a deal with AA will be agreed.

You can't restrict price sensitive information from the market. AA can't make NvS from withhold information, it's against market rules, but anything goes on AIM. Suspect that assays are delayed due to Covid and drilling much deeper than previous holes. 100 to now 250m depths is 150% increase of drilling times. Although do agree hole 5 is a bit of a mystery somewhat. Releasing good drill results, will keep other potential suitors in the game. A bidding war would suit me fine, but AA have pole position. Can see a pre offer already on the table, just a question of how much we find, and how much we are offered?

Two months of continuous drilling? At 250m depths, drilling maybe longer, than at 100m,so 150% more drilling probably reason why assays are taking longer. Just hope they drill the full 8km in rapid time, with little delays? On top of this, AA are doing their own technical DD( whatever that is?)

If we get $500m offer. Then £/$ 1.30 so £380m ÷1.3bn total shares =28p and 70% = 21p rough fag packet figures, is that right?

Price sensitive news can't be held back from the market. Even a 6 month confidential agreement, doesn't allow that. Otherwise no one would invest, with information being held back.

Those buys are chunky, could be Institutional loading up while the sp is held here by mm's? Suspect the sp is not moving up, everyday more buys than sells? Still could have some warrants in play?

Ortus, can't see a licence split. AA will want the lot, and drill it out. Which is going to be about $300m of work. So my assessment is offer in region of $500-750m? As we have 66% of Zamsort and 72% of Zaco. So 30-45p dependant on offer and £/$1.30.

With nearby Kiwara selling for $260m,after $25m spent. Can't see a low offer, as we have 15 targets to drill. Pressure is all on AA, as former holders of the license. You really think they'll lose out for a 2nd time?

Nice to hear some really positive feedback from holders. Only the majors will be able to buyout the assets. What is definite is that Tier1 assets are being bought out, around the world. As looming copper supply deficit is ongoing. Hopefully we get a good deal, and everyone makes a good return on their investment. Next 6 months are going to be the Business end for Arcm.

Peggycilla, if the results were not to AA liking, then why sign an exclusivity deal? They were already in the data room, along with other majors? The assets are surrounded by major operating mines. Mineralisation is every where they have drilled. Chezyea, Muswema and confirmed 3 holes in Fwiji. So copper is there, and they have 15 targets to drill at. As for selling, some people are derisking and others are traders. You can't predict the sp on AIM, but over time if drilling is hitting copper. Then it should rerate to higher sp, as resource gets proved up. But this is AIM, and some get nervous, and derisk to protect capital.

If you look at the situation now, compared to previous years. Then admitting in the conference call that they have had approaches by majors. They have AA on board, copper price is up and supply deficit is looming. Tier1 assets are being sought all over the world by frickin everyone. Rio, Bhp, AA, the Chinese etc etc. Institution investors want the sp higher so that they can buy in. Yet a bit of a cool off in the sp. The macro picture for copper is extremely strong. Too many flippers who can't hold their nerves for 6 months. Wherever they drill on the licences they hit mineralisation, and without difficulty. Still I understand that some have been here at higher sp. So after a few years very frustrated, and rightly so. But we're now in the Business end of the finish. It's all about drilling and rns what we have, and at depth. Then either AA give upfront money to drill and prove up more or decide to make an offer. The fact we are close to some very large mines, piles on the pressure on AA. We hold the Aces and the majors know it.

My personal opinion is that they've had offers from majors, but want to prove the assets up by drilling. The more sulphides at depth the better the end game. Mention of Institutional investors coming in at xzy mcap is sticky money, and will keep the sp stable. Not to mention the fact that NvS said he's not interested in making the majors wealthy, but private investors WEALTHY. Sometimes I wonder what Peggycilla wants more? Maybe sell up and move on?

Too many investors think arcm haven't negotiated too well, considering AA have an exclusivity agreement without paying any money. Remember their top man in the African copper belt is working on the assets. He also recommended one of the nearby mines, ( I don't know which off the top of my head). So has more experience than anyone else, and will already know a lot of the areas. Arcm could in theory pick his brains, and after 6 months, sell to another bidder? Ask yourself why their top man is here? Answer is pretty obvious, after giving it away for virtually free. They don't want to **** it up again! I can see AA telling arcm where they want to drill, and how deep. Obviously some will sell into the rise, but I'm keeping my holding, as the end game will be above $500m +

Sulphides in hole 5 and at depth is what I'm looking for. Chances are with the excitement of Remy and Nick during the conference call, they know they've got Tier1 written all over the assets.

Most likely traders will be selling into the rise. Some may sell after the conference call. Like I said in previous post, expecting the sp to break the 4p area after the conference call. Where we get a good indication of what's going on in the next few months?

My questions are exactly about where they are drilling on the resources. And how much follow up work they will be doing in areas already drilled. Chezyea, Muswema, as stated in the rns will have follow up work. Also what other areas will be drilled during this campaign, and what happened to hole 5?

Tomorrow's investors call will be interesting to say the least. Maybe a rns in the morning possibly? Hole 5? One can only speculate? I've put some questions via email, whether they answer any questions I've put is dependant on whether they want to answer soft questions or serious questions? In recent interview, Remy stated we are explorer and this is our expertise. So basically we are not interested in a JV. Just a buyout of the assets. Thats my assumption of the interview, but depending on what is offered.

With further drilling @ Chezyea East and West. Lumbata and Muswema. Then Fwiji and West Lunga still relatively new to assess. Lots of news and information for AA to consider. Will be interesting to see if an offer is made, considering only 8000m to be drilled this season. At 250m per hole, equates to 32 holes. I'm thinking AA offer some money to ARCM, to quicken up the drilling of the resource. After all 6 months will be over very quick,unless they've already plenty of info to help decide on wether to make an offer?
