If you believe that GPD growth, rising exports and inward investment, the competitiveness of Vietnam, Increasing company profits, cash flow and dividends has abruptly come to halt, then clearly this is not for you to invest in. ? Are you mistaking a general market hiccup which started in the US and gave market makers and large institutions the opportunity to put large buy orders in whilst the MMs walked the share price down ? In my own view as a holder and buyer on dips Vietnam and VOF have a long way to go in terms of growth from a currently exceptional frontier market ?

US turmoil. In Vietnam there is some pre Tet holiday selling. However companies continue to report rising turnover and profits. Economic growth is rising strongly 6.8%. In January Industrial Production is up 21%. Retail Sales up 9.5% Interbank Interest rates lower. Very Healthy. Free Trade agreement with Japan now operating European Free Trade Agreement heading towards ratification. Meantime in the US and Britain uncertainty is unabated. Added to VOF again.

ABLE it is quite simple to understand that in the last months of Marcus’s tenure as CEO of Stratex the majoity of the cash in Stratex Bank account disappeared into unknown expenses and not on any ‘investment’. That £4.5million needs to be clearly and properly accounted for. No amount of waffle will alter the destruction of much of Stratex cash balance in a few short months. There is no comparison between the great hulk of desperately short of cash Crusader and Stratex, except the arrival of Marcus Englebrecht as CEO of Stratex saw Stratex Bank account drained. Marcus Englebrecht also saw to it that Stratex loaned money to Crusader to keep Crusader afloat and following a Stratex shareholder ‘revolt’ he was not re-elected to Stratex Board, resigned and immediately became CEO of Crusader. Which surely confirms ? Some incestuous entanglement ? You continually defend his position which was rejected by Stratex shareholders in General Meeting. Your position is untenable

ABLE There is no debate about the value destruction during Marcus’s tenure as CEO of Stratex. The figures issued by Stratex speak for themselves and factual figures cannot ‘defame’ .The low values for Altintepe and GRL nominally raising cash in the bank at the expense of market values and Stratex assets ? BUT above all The rapid expenditure of £4.5 Million of Stratex resulting cash in the last month’s of Marcus’s time as CEO, (coupled with loans to Crusader) and Marcus’s resignation following a shareholders’ ‘revolt’ resigning to become CEO of the same Crusader. These are facts not fiction and I find your choice of the word ‘defamation’ in the face of known and published facts disingenuous. Shareholders await the Year End Report and Accounts and the following AGM ?

Vietnam market rallied to close firm and slightly in the blue this morning. Good performance on a generally down day across other markets.

True in terms of the dollar and Trump’s America but in reality is more to do with dollar weakness which has fallen against a whole basket of currencies including sterling, Euro and Asia from one end to the other. Asia is where the growth is both in GDP terms and company results, Many companies have borrowings in US dollars so the trend continues to be positive coupled with rising cash flow and dividend trend.

Vina Cap management brought in twice yearly dividends in Summer 2017. Expecting the share price discount to NAV to close. With Market strong as well. Good luck on entry point.

ABLE A smoke screen cannot hide the the gross and exhorbitant dissapearance of £4.5mllion of Stratex cash into unknown administration charges during the last months of Englebtecht’s tenure as CEO of Stratex perhaps the Year End Accounts may enlighten shareholders as to the nature of the disastrous withdrawals and loss of cash and Stratex asset value ? ?

ABLE Indisputable Fact : When Englebrecht became CEO of Stratex in Sept 2016 the Share Price was around 2 pence per share. Today it is just 0.7 pence per share. Massive value destruction losing 65 percent of the company’s value and shareholders’ hard earned cash and investment. Indisputable Fact Following flogging off Altintepe and GRL cheap to raise cash for the Crusader manipulations there was about £6.5million in cash at Stratex. In the last few months as CEO Englebrecht went through £4.5million in cash destructively wrecking the Company’s and shareholders prospects. Indisputable Fact Englebrecht was responsible as Chief Executive Officer backed up by the well known Corporate Advisor Hallam. The remainder of the Stratex Board were non/executive part timers. Indisputable Fact Shareholders rebelled called a GM and voted against Englebrecht being reappointed to the Board of Stratex he resigns and where does he waltz off to. To run Crusader. So much for working for Stratex shareholders, his interests always were in the Crusader manipulations. Crusader. Running out of cash, Share Price plummeted. No one else is responsible for this shareholder destruction other than Englebrecht and advisor.
