Don't complain then when THG continues to struggle to attract talent. The vast majority of people who work there have come straight from university, anyone who actually has experience won't touch the company with a barge pole. They pay poorly, expect people to work ridiculous hours and are well known for having one of the most toxic work environments in Manchester.

By the way everyone in tech (Software Engineers) are still working from home fulltime. If THG ever tried to make them come back 5 days a week it would be carnage.

I checked the Homebase site and they're definitely still using THG's platform at the moment

This just seems like a way of reducing head count. I can see a lot of people leaving especially with the pay/bonus freezes. Also for anyone who doesn't know the tech side of the business is still fully remote.
