Urraca - PL needs to build a Wayfarer out of recycled plastic and whizz her up to Iceland in that. If you don't know what a Wayfarer is, or if it's a good idea to sail one to Iceland follow the link below. Answers are Dingy and No in case you're not inclined to follow the link!

From memory, they are options which are just being exercised? Who can blame them for getting their timing right! Hopefully this will get lost and forgotten in news to come.
Hopefully Atome RNS tomorrow to keep the news flow going.
Nice surprise, although not earth shattering it's progress. I guess everyone is sitting on their hands waiting on IPO detail for Atome, and the outcome from the scientists on omicron generally. Some more news tomorrow would be good. GLA
That's my assumption, but on the basis that assumption is the mother of all f***k ups I'm going to go with benefit of the doubt for the next few days! GLA
Surprise! Anybody else feeling a bit nervous?

To me if feels like a company acting with maturity rather than what it has been accused of over the last few years, being a financial vehicle for PL and his cronies. I suspect Trafigura has had a significant input to strategy here. Combining Trafigura strategy with PL's entrepreneurial spirit means the potential for significant results is now becoming a reality. Pure speculation on my part but on this basis I've topped up again this morning. First trade of the day.
I read something somewhere that suggested that if you are a holder from now and up to the record date you would be entitled to the dividend. I remember thinking that was unusual and probably not right. I think others must have picked up on that and he's simply correcting what has been stated incorrectly by someone somewhere. If I can find where I read it I'll post it.
and that gets you the Financial Blogger of the Year 2021 award apparently!
It has bimbled above 2p again. Bimbling's not what we are really after though is it?!
Let's see how quickly the detail comes out............
So just as much confusion on this BB now!
Like I say, not long to go now to find out.
I think that's everyone is waiting for and is causing some confusion.
The confusion as I see it written elsewhere is:
15% is gone already - that bit's simple
25% is being retained by PPC - is this for the distribution to us as shareholders or just retained by PPC (the entity)?
65% - this bit seems to be the most confusing part. Is all of this to be given to PPC shareholders? If yes, then that would answer the question of the 25% above.
Or is a portion of this 65% for PPC shareholders, and the remaining portion for the open market for new shareholders to access? In which case is it crumbs? If it's crumbs then much disappointment and keyboard warrior action (and presumably personal insults) will ensue, I suspect!
I've read it as 25% retained by PPC (so we all benefit indirectly via our PPC shareholdings), and that a portion of the 65% will be the 'free' shares.
Guess we find out soon enough!
Holding onto 2p by skin of teeth this morning, could do with some positive news.......
More volume than previous experience, and a run of (hopefully) good news lined up may tip this into a more permanent upward trajectory. Let's hope so.
I meant chunky
Some quite large trades gone through, hopefully algorithm has them wrongly marked up as sells!
Picking up on what someone has said here (or maybe on the other BB) there is currently no cheap way into investing into Hydrogen/Ammonia production. I've had a NorthernMagic moment of contemplation over the weekend and would say that Atome (via PPC) is currently just that and, as tailwinds go, think this will have significant impact here.
Chairman of JCB reckons its the future for them as well. Suspect all large vehicles including shipping (got a mate involved in that industry who reckons it the future) are looking at hygrogen. This might just be the rabbit we've been waiting for PL to pull out the hat IMO.
So, the unanswered question for me at the moment is if 25% remains with PPC ("not more" so I've assumed they've hit 25% exactly), 15% already gone, what proportion of the 60% remaining will be the Dividend in Specie for PPC holders. Presumably not all of it otherwise you are excluding new shareholders for participating from the start? I'm a virgin Dividend in Specie recipient so this is all very interesting, yet to get excited about it until I understand more.
