Given the emerging data on the Sierra portfolio and in particular SRA737 with reported indications of profound and dramatic efficacy, combined with the potential for Momelotinib, surely the likely scenario is for Sierra to be bought out in the short term i.e. potentially within months, against a backdrop of the current big pharma spending spree. Not sure how that would impact on our milestones?

...the molecule has already shown compelling activity in disease models of psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis, while closely related molecules (including a previously reported advanced lead, SAR-20347), have also shown good activity in models of inflammatory bowel disease and systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus).....In the meantime, the data arising from some of the work leading to the compound selection are being prepared for submission to a peer-reviewed publication and a conference presentation.
Publication must surely be waiting on SRI to complete preliminary studies which JR has previously stated can be done quickly. Does this suggest that SAR-20347 will be a distinct molecule?

Given that the CHK1/TYK2 candidates selected thus far both originate from the SKIL discovery platform, and thereby validate the platform, it must be a hugely valuable asset in its own right and would presumably be included in any negotiations?

Thanks Thoth2 - At the AGM JR certainly appeared confident that our Tyk2/Jak1 combination is the way to go but it remains to be seen if the optimism is borne out in clinical trials.
Presumably the basis for your assertion that our value has doubled is based on the issues with Xeljanz?
Also do you think we are holding back releasing our data pending updates from BMS ad Nimbus?

Another reason why the JAK family member to target is Tyk2, not JAK1, 2, 3, or pan like Xeljanz. Just wait for data from the two allosteric Tyk2s $BMS or @NimbusTx clinical debut in a few months.
