It would come as no surprises if the licensee simply told CPF that they need more time and the CPF/Sixth Element Capital agree and inform Sareum as and when! Obviously hope this doesn’t happen however the CPF/Sixth Element have shown absolutely no urgency in progressing SRA737.

I’d agree that Pharma are unlikely to faf about waiting for toxicology studies but, after studying the CSR will bite the bullet and get into serious negotiations! The TYK2 space is developing at pace and Pharma will want the options on best/first in class targets!

Given your earlier remarks regarding the blood brain barrier, would you comment on the Alumis’s assertion and the relevance to SDC1801/2.

It must be safe to assume that JR/TM will have been very intimately involved in the creation of the CSR which underpins the robust and growing confidence in the 'best in class' status of SDC1801 and potential 'first/best in class' for SDC1802. SDC1801 has now been very substantially de-risked and the it remains to be seen if Pharma recognise the massive potential and take the plunge before the conclusion of the Phase II Ready trial!

Conversations with interested parties can now gear up based on solid evidence. Undoubtedly the BoD will have a plan in play and hopefully there will some clarity, or least hints of what's on the horizon, later this morning.

It does seem that the constellations are aligning at long last and in particular the Clinical Study Report will hopefully light the touch paper!!

Given that the report will be a complex, highly technical document containing commercially sensitive information it is unlikely be publicly available. That said the BoD may embellish/reiterate the high level findings previously provided at the IMC meeting with additional info from the report.

The imminent release of the Clinical Study Report representing the culmination of 20 years of TM/JR's efforts is arguably the single most significant event in Sareum's history. For years the BoD have been reiterating the crucial importance of the data in terms of ongoing discussions with interested Pharma. The report which is in effect the 'Golden Ticket' can now be shared with existing interested parties and it is reasonable to expect the report to stimulate a buzz of further interest from Pharma who have yet to show their hand!

The Sareum light has been burning quietly under the bushel and now must be the time for incandescently bright lights!!
