Potnak - the point I was making is that Sixth Element manage the CPF and as such if Sareum were to enter into a JV in respect of SDC1802, then based on the 737 experience it may well be less than straightforward.

Potnak - based on the SRA737 debacle Sareum would need to think very long and very hard before entering into any contractual arrangement that has anything whatsoever to do with Sixth Element Capital!
