Finally decided it’s time to buy in this morning and then someone goes and sells out at £12million quid!! No wonder it took a hammering today, someone know something that I don’t ??
A big II will drop now... fastest reduction of 30-60p you will witness :(
As a pre-req to a major acquisition deal? lol... we can all but speculate but it doesn’t appear to have hurt the SP
Can you not just use lse.co.uk :)
Any ideas what makes the rises so dramatic these last couple of days? Obviously the lockdown ease suggestions (locally and worldwide will trigger an uptick) I would have thought a recovery on the SP would have taken longer, is it speculation of the acquisition trail? I love Boo I really do and I wish I could stop buying on the dips - but I just can't, she's a golden goose!
Predictions... Hopeful for a nice tick up pre-11am... I'll take 8-10% personally!
Looks like it yes, 0.22% but this was yesterday - not today.. you could see it on the order book, they've been selling them off for quite some time but as fast as they were others were snapping them up :). I'm not particularly worried by 0.22% though personally, probably done to reduce holdings and maintain tax benefits tbh!
L2 is looking really interesting today, so many Uncrossing Trades at crazy high and lows, looks like they’re trying to sweep up the whole order book! Could see some big swings either way at the moment. GLA hold your nerve IMO
I too watch Purple Bricks, its a bit ropey though! Some nice returns to be had if you jumped in post the 19th... well done. I double bagged on that from 250 up to 500 in its height some few years ago now :)
I think Boo is quite expensive now, however I'm in and for a fair bit, holding on for what I think could be some good results. If not I'll most certainly bail and find some cheaper faster returns. This (BOO) is very healthy for long term returns though.
lol, I did warn that the order book was stacked against Sell didn't I - they had to drive the price up to clear it down! Wasn't too far off though, we touched 275! Looks to be levelling out now though, maybe a drop for the PM to pickup again before close but that's speculation at this stage tbh. I'm probably out now for the weekend, not leaving it in for 4 days of economic chaos personally lol !
I dare say I was wrong, still strong towards 290 with some huge buy orders inbound. Did anyone catch the 500k? Pretty sure that was a consolidated order from all the 275-285 orders they placed when much lower. GLA
Ok, I'm in for a ride today! MMs are processing orders in the thousands at the 281.1 level! Whilst I appreciate they're trying to process high sell orders, there's a very real chance of touching 280 today on the ask IMHO.
Have you noticed there are about 30% more sells than buys today by my tally, I do worry that it might shoot down towards the end of the day. I'm trying to find my entrance myself, I rode this share from 70p to 220p, would love to do the same again. I reckon I'm back in at 150 if the opportunity presents itself again :) - just tread lightly over the coming weeks, it could be all over the place
Looks to me like there’s a large sell order going through, trading on the intraday bounce, be careful on this one today. Only thing I can see being a benefit is the BoE announcement but I wouldn’t see that holding up sentiment for long, I agree with others, we’ll see a drop again shortly imho
