Go to the bank and tell them just borrowed 33mil and will be paying back for over a decade, bit look we have 300k a year, well sort of because we've paid ourselves. Can we borrow some money, have a look at the books. Oh before you do pls put these rose tinted specs on.
So any suggestions how the ventures of their own will be funded?
And they are aiming for 300mw...
Masts quotes 15mil shared revenue for 50mw.
So 31mil loan will get them to to 33mw is 9.9mil shared revenue.
They estimate 30% profit from revenue, 2.9mil which they get to keep 10%.
So that's over 10 years to pay the loan back and wait for it.......less than 300k a year for Mast.
That won't go very far with all the directors filling their faces.
As said before no value for shareholders.
It will be delays and dilution. Don't get trapped, grab a profit from the announcement if you can.
There again if you have some different calcs pls let's see....
I may continue expressing doubts now and again.
Does anyone have any figures going forward.
Some examples of revenue in the coming years, when they get the loan and have 33mw online in 12 months.
What does anyone see figures wise......
SirB there is plenty of plots with this lot, offshore holders, holdings RNS by companies that have been dormant for years and loans being led by 3month old companies.
Lets face it if this was such a great company with clear outlooks they could have gone to real lenders.
ART, totally agree with you, so many peeps on these boards focus on share price.
It's the market cap they should look at and I agree HE1 is high considering the risk they are about to enter.
Worth a punt at present and nothing more.
Guys on a serious note the company has not won any capacity market auctions, they did pre- qualify, but did not win.
This is a link to the Auction results, I have been back to 2019 and Mast have won 0 contracts.

Download the auction spreadsheets and take a look yourself.
Very misleading
Pls Pls do your due diligence
DPR.. No cant find it, only found the info I copied and pasted, no mention of dates.
You probably added them yourself so that things look better through you're rose tinted glasses.
It is good to have a poster on here that does read the RNS thoroughly. Do you have any projections of Mast market value or revenues in the coming years, be good to compare.
as i thought no reference from company with regards to dpr posted, that is why i couldn't find it.
dpr should really be what is posted.
i will not go away as some would like, so instead of calling school children sayings, post some info to support that mast is a good investment.
some *** packet figures.
DPR, have looked over previous announcement's and cannot find any reference to
The Company pre-qualified for two new Capacity Market contract auctions for Pyebridge The T-1 contract, which is scheduled to start on 01 October 2023, was secured at a clearing price of £60.00/kW/annum. The T-4 contract, which is scheduled to start on 01 October 2026, was secured at a clearing price of £63.00/kW/annum."
Can you let me tell were you sourced this from?
Tombu I have you're answer,...........ready, nobody is investing, its a loan that mast will pay back over many years.
During that time mast will keep 10% of profit, so in a decade they may have paid back the loan and guess what will only have 25% of the 33mw they may get online.
There is no long term value in this for shareholders.
All that's good, and they get to keep 10% of profit, 90% of profit to pay back to the loan consortium.
What is you're predicated revenue then for 30mw DPR.
Still waiting for for Tombi, reckon he can't his calculator.......
Seems you are impressed by headline grabbing numbers like 750% per MW, but it does not equate to diddly squat, Mast making less money than last report, but you're impressed by the headline figure rather than the bottom line.
Fine fill ya 👢, strange way to assess a companies strength.
What do you think there revenues will be if they had a magic wand and tomorrow the finance arrived and the next day they had 33mw available.
Tell me pls
