I have him n b locked so cannot see his posts, but from your quote from him it sounds like he is trying to project a stop loss of 3p for inexperienced investors to put on their shares. You should be looking at market cap. That is share price multiplied by the number of shares in circulation. The share price could have been 50p many years ago, but there might have been only 1 million shares in circulation, making the market cap £500,000. But if there are 1 billion shares in circulation, and the share price was ‘only’ 1p, that was actually mean a higher market cap of £10 million.....
