Saying the SP is going to soon be 5/10/20 times the current price, would be ramping....

Probably due to traders taking a profit, and that large buy at 0.8p.
Absolutely nothing wrong in any investor selling up and taking their 10/20/30% profit after a few days or weeks and moving onto another share. Not everybody is in it for the longer term (and bigger profits). Different people have different strategies.
The large buy (1% of the company) was probably an order put in at below the current SP, so the MM’s brought the price down to fill the order.
I fully expect the SP to return back up (& beyond!) next week

Are you are implying that the SP shouldn’t go up in the near term because there is no gold production start date?
