China filled their storage from Q3 2016 - Q4 2017 we then saw Brent hit $85 in 2018

I disagree Chilt, We are losing production rates across the globe, oil companies have cut Capex massively, funding is almost impossible and most fields are in decline. 2021 we are going to see oil spike towards $100 again.
