As soon as the Open offer was announce we we bombarded with Trolls on here basically saying we were going bust , I remember a poster called LSE2000 and Stu something laughing, But as soon as the OO completed we dipped to 21p on the day and then the SP climbed up to 47p range . They weren't laughing then .......... Egg on face

Tom the last Open Offer back in November 2016 was at 23p and fully taken up.
We are a completely different animal now as well .
I expect this OO hanging over us currently is why we are not already over 30p

Why would he do that unless he has intensions to take the company private ? But that would still leave him short on the 30% required

So peel Hunt are valuing the new company at £3.8b - We will be comparable to Lundin (Swedish company) in size, assets and production current valued at £6.6b

Premier’s shares will not be suspended. We continue to expect the merger to complete on 31 March with the enlarged share capital to be admitted/readmitted to trading on 1 April at 0800.

We know already that Premier’s shareholders will own approximately 5 per cent of Harbour Energy plc. This follows the creditors’ elections in February where there was full take up of Harbour Energy’s shares by Premier creditors.

We only get 5% of the new company not the 5.5% as originally quoted

Will not be suspended, PMO’s shares will keep trading right up to the end of 31st March then will open on the 1st April as The new company automatically transferred and will trade as normal.
