Yes I'm on the list and will be attending unless we get another Bastard RNS in the morning like we did in 2019.

Another 12 months of $110 oil and we will have so much cash coming in we won’t know what to do with it. Like romaron said could just give the lot to shareholders and run the assets down with as little capex as poss or invest and grow.
But the thought of yearly dividends of 30p sounds very tempting

I would much rather they pay the Debt off as fast as possible. Would save a massive amount on interest payments that then could go to shareholder returns

40p could easily come next week if AB starts singing on Friday.

True value always shines through in the end doesn't matter what sector the stock is in.

I agree with Jan, AB will have a exit plan and that will be at maximum equity value, The only way it will be possible it either to drip feed his shares into the market on far higher volume or a all share buy out.

We still have the debt weight around our neck, another 12 months and we'll be free of that burden and the SP should reflect our EV or somewhere close.
We just need proof of how quick our debt is falling and no other skeletons popping out the closet.

The US desperate to drop oil prices offer to sell another 45mb from the SPR

We have been through this loads of times, AB would require 30% of the stock, to force a all share buyout and that would be difficult considering the volume is so low.
And if someone got a sniff of his intensions the SP would rocket towards 60p anyway.
Anyway would be very nice to see a actual bid of 37p+ to arrive and quickly rejected, would boost our SP that's for sure

I'm sure AB would be able to retire selling his stock at 60p, giving him £216m to bank, even more importantly so would I
I'll gladly accept 60p

I think If his intensions were to take the company private then it would have already happened, I think we are going to see a few bids coming in over the next few months to buy Enquest from other Mid cap Oillies looking to use the TAX credits
All out share purchase has to be around £1.2b or 60p a share.
