With debt levels at zero and FCF coming in around $600m why not ?

Difference being we are now a much stronger company with our debt at easy manageable levels with cash in the bank, the tail ain’t wagging the dog any longer!

Russia is proposing Opec cut 1m barrels
Biden won't be able to do anything to offset that if it were to happen

Get this years sales banked and we will have cracked debt chain holding us back, End of year debt should be around $500 or slightly less

But we know Biden's ministration is hell bent on lowering oil prices at any cost so I believe oil prices have been manipulated to the downside on fear and Hype alone.
He can't keep on draining the SPR at 800k - 1m bpd and then expect to refill it with $60 oil. Opec won't stand for that and nor will the Saudi's.
I will laugh if Opec cut the same amount as he is draining the SPR - Opec meeting is next week
