Two huge sells yesterday of 110K each at around 16.42 listed here, but do not show at all on the TSG website. SP seems more or less unaffected. Are these trades real, or an error?
That 125K sale yesterday afternoon didn't help matters, but SP seems to be holding surprising well considering.
Yes, they must be fairly confident to award themselves/ the top directors a shed load of money at that share price being held for the specified time. However, I vaguely recall a previous share option scheme for directors requiring the SP to be above a certain value..... and it took years!
What the hell was going on yesterday between about 15.00 and 15.20? An endless stream of trades at exactly the mid price, and then late reporting today of two enormous sells.
400K from much earlier in the day with a late report? Enabled the broker to offer attractive deals to sellers as he had to get that number of shares into his hands by close of play???
Confirmed in today's RNS. More supportive evidence of the value in TSG. (I would qualify that with a reservation..... wasn't RAB an investor in Northern Rock? )
Only took 2 weeks to go from 80 to 130p last September. I'd like to hope we get a steadier SP rise and for it to hold, especially with these reported grades and Rodnikova info yet to come.
That resources update eases the LoM concerns expressed here previously.
Silver sales zero. Gold sales down 50%. Is this linked to news that Russia central bank has stopped buying gold? That's the only short term negative that I can see..... income from gold sales reduced.
RNS is on the TSG website but is still not evident here on LSE.co.uk
Looks as if a slick and convincing, yet unpublicised presentation can really impact the share price in a positive way!
Beat me to it!
Very slick 40+ page presentation with today's date now on the TSG website. Didn't see an RNS or news item pointing to it.
All looking good for the future.
Looks like prices on this LSE site stop being updated around 12 noon to 2pm each day. Afternoon data non-existent.
I found the same tracking TSG.
Around mid day the price info on TSG on this site seems to lock-up. Is this the same for everyone or just a peculiarity of my browser?
Share trades on this site seem to be more like 3 hours delayed. I'm afraid the price increase of this morning has more than evaporated. TSG's own website has more up to date prices.
Not to mention the super low Russian subsidised energy costs for this mine.
Can't believe that private investors are selling at these prices. Is it possible that the shares bought back by TSG from Destin at 33p are now being fed back into the market at almost 100% profit? Or have director share options been exercised and those shares are now gradually being sold back into the market?
Whatever the explanation, I think that such operations can't go on indefinitely, and there will be a huge upward SP correction at some point.
I think there was an agreement to buy back shares at 30p (way below market price at the time).
