I did get a response a month ago from Vigo Consulting.
All a load of fluff, but I guess the lights are still on
It's a shame we weren't able to get a payment from Navitas under this agreement.
Even if they were to pass on the amount received from Harbour to RKH, in exchange for a say an additional 5% ownership of the license, then it would have pushed out the need to raise for a year and surely given enough time to understand the outcome of OM prior to having to go down that route
I don’t think we will fly on this news since the last RNS stated we were practically agreed already. I imagine we will rise ~20% to the more recent highs around 12p, since this as least removes some doubt and is the first step in moving the project forward again.
Navitas bringing in another partner and/or an OM payout and we should breach 20p and hopefully start a new uptrend.
Still, it’s better than not having agreed terms so we take what we can right now given 12 years of suffering
Whatever it is they need to try harder ;)
Has anyone been able to get hold of someone at the company?
Trickle trickle down
The company doesn’t respond to any emails and when I tried to call the phone number on the website it doesn’t even seem to work
At the time trading didn’t feel ‘right’ post the news of the potential sale. I’ve never seen a share trade at such a discount (very quickly close to 50% of a proposed value). People say the RNS said ‘up to 100m’, it doesn’t it says approximately which usually means very close to. I’m sure like many others despite the bad feeling I couldn’t possibly sell having held for so many years, with the expectation of an improved offer or bidding war. But the whole thing doesn’t sit right with me, and now left hoping it’s not wipe out and we can keep our heads down to get back to the position of another bid in the coming years…
Agreed. I don't see how you can claim that providing periodic updates to the market is a distraction from the job at hand
God knows. Seems mothballed
