Surely once the IPO is done and we are listed that restriction is to stop The II dumping their IPO shares and and crashing the price straight away. They want it to rise so their shares are worth more. NFT when they listed didn’t have a restriction and the IPO buyers sold straight away and it went right down! Same with CBX.
