I am aware of what after hours trading means, but this was not it - it was a delayed trade from 08:30 this morning.

Google just shows you the price of the last reported trade. Today the last reported trade was a delayed sell of 39.332p from 08:27 this morning. The real closing price was around 37p.

Market's only been open 130 mins. 25 mins is 20% of that.

For the last 25 mins all trades have been in 23-24p range. That's far more stable than earlier.
