The spread is shocking here when buying decent amounts : 37p to buy, 30p to sell. How can you make money ?

Apart from two trades around 08:15 we have closed at the lowest price of the day. Can't see what is going to stimulate buying tomorrow. I wonder who bought the four million at 0.19 ?
