He tweet about SER was a lie. He did not deny that he was selling his shares. So why would you believe anything he says.

Some days ago it was posted that BMD was investing £250k, Incorrect, Brainer says the amount is actually £500k or 50% of the placing.

Is it possible the BMD has taken up the complete placing and pocketed the £80k expenses.?

Would be more to the point if the price / amount of any placing were posted on the tweet.

Any idiot can say "confirmed at 2.49am". How do we know it was not confirmed at 1.34am or even 4.15am.?

This is what was said in the CEB days. I do not want to sound cynical, but what was the "EXCELLENT" part of the report.

As is standard when issuing report "the company is pleased" etc etc.

Ashamed more likely in the case of ADL.

But that is now historical so let us look forward to the future with some guarded optimism.

There is NOTHING in this annual report to suggest that the "SP (will be) rocketing soon".

What the report does confirm that the policy / projects pursued by David Whitby were almost a complete waste of time and valuable money and has almost virtually destroyed shareholder value. His actions with ADL will remain a mystery to me.

"Paper never refuses ink" .The decks may have been cleared somewhat but it is just like a new company starting out.

So talk at the moment of "SP rocketing", "multibagging" etc etc is in my opinion way ahead of any known facts.

One tiny point of interest is that the final results were published 3 months ahead of the normal time.

Bearing in mind his proven work CV , I am at a TOTAL loss to try and understand how DW managed to bring this company to its knees. I will probably never find out. He has to live with his actions for the rest of his life.
