My gut feeling is Klarion do not have any money, so I think Klarion has agreed to an equity swap with Ctai otherwise the interest will get too high for Klarion to repay and eventually Ctai could end up with all of the company.

Personally not the outcome I would have liked.

Alludium isn’t going places at the moment, no marketing that I can see. Staff numbers still the same, no vacancies so there can’t be uploading many companies into their portfolio otherwise staff numbers would be on the increase due to workload.

What is annoying for me is that Alludium seemed to indicate they would run parallel with loveable and use the same pricing structure. Since November lovable has virtually doubled in size.

Double workforce and over 100 jobs advertised.

Alludium has still only 10 staff, no jobs advertised and I see many posts a day from Alludiums staff but not one person makes any reference to Alludium

I haven’t seen any advertising at all from them. Not one person is pushing the company
