It took almost 2 years for the Seven Energy deal to complete after the restoration and placing, so if this has come as a shock to you then you are not very well informed and probably shouldn't be investing in stocks like this.

Well, personally I would imagine his time has been taken up with Exxon/Petronas - more than doubling the size of the company. Sometimes you change your priorities dependent on the potential on offer, and other targets get pushed down the pecking order. All very normal in business, and life too. Anyone unhappy on the fulfilment of the notified strategy can surely sell up on relist, so all good imo.
