Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
for those in long term like myself. I was worried about the cash flow and lack of recent news concerning it. The bridging loan seems positive to me. BHP problem sorted, Chinese deal has an open path. Feeling more confident. Will top up over the summer toward years end. For those interested in this share, watch the video link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vAOp2JYGXQ
Thanks for that. I've just got in from work, so will catch up on my reading. Personally, I don't think 1.05 would be a good price for SLV. There is so much potential here, as fjp73 has highlighted. Hopefully there will be further twists and turns before us shareholders get very good value.
With the shares for shares proposed offer, I imagine we'll be at the mercy of the Ruukki share price of EUR 2.24 potentially moving up or down, and likewise with the EUR/UK exchange rate of 1.1758. A touch more complicated that the POG - ORE takeover. Another question which comes to mind, is when would there likely be a London listing for this company?

up, so why no movement here yet? It really must be falling under the radar of many. Wish I had the cash to top up here. I'll hope that it'll be polite until pay day for me to top up then. It really does seem like a no brainer considering the Rossing Road ahead, and all with sparks to potentially fly this year. Cash value of KAH share is what now? With the markets down and lots of high risk shares out there, this seems like such a nice place to park some money at these prices.
potential share buybacks and dividends further down the line.
In agreement with price predictions. http://www.oilbarrel.com/news/display_news/article/conference-report-1-leni-gas-oil-and-caza-oil-gas-start-the-day-at-oilbarrelcoms-26th-confer/771.html I'm suggesting there will be 240 production days per year. I'm just looking at total revenue here. 5000 boepd, as quoted by Mr. Lenigas at 35 dollars = 42M 5000 boepd at 40 dollars=48M 5000 boepd at 45 dollars=54M 5000 boepd at 50 dollars=60M 5000 boepd at 55 dollars=66M etc............. Add in the technology used to extract oil from these older resource locations, which could be applied in other fields, The value of the dollar could weaken (why not? After all the money printing), and 35p 'could' be very conservative. Quite rightly you mention 'share enhancing news'. We know they can issue more shares for further aquisitions that will benefit shareholders.
in bank, equiv. to close to the per share price. NAV at over a quid. India still in growth, and will probably continue to be. Potential funding issues in the future to complete projects which shouldn't be ignored, but still very undervalued due to the market sentiment, recession, shorters etc... imo dyor. I'm happy to sit on these and KSK, another Indian company (energy which the govt is supporting and needs long term for industry!), which has great prospects, but not without risks.
Daintree doing their thing at TMC? Rusina / ENK / Toledo merger? Should be an interesting few months for ENK anyway. Topped up here.
http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=200906151100018889T KAH bought more EXT, and now hold 40% of voting rights.

count had EML with 8.94% of KAH.
Mellon uranium play http://www.reddragonresources.com/home.html
Results should hopefully be in August of this year. With more value added to Rossing South, share values, I'd imagine. would go up. I'm sure that RIO would like EXT. The more I read up on the situation, the more I feel that RIO would like the whole area, imo. When the Chinalco deal is resolved, and funds are identified for aquisitions, it wouldn't surprise me if RIO made a bid. But all the while ..... the share prices go up. I agree with Sage, anything below 6p is a long term bargain in EML. Personally, I don't think EML is 'just' a uranium play either. Wouldn't be nice if the heap gets developed for solar energy purposes? What if EML surprised us with purchases for long term gains, in other metal sectors?
Long term it's a great price to get in at. Market cap below 16m. KAH shares worth more alone. EML is flexible, so will, I imagine, buy shares in other metal companies, with a slightly longer term view on solar energy for instance. Still got that **** heap. I'm in long term, and am glad I could top up yesterday. Toady would have been better, but I'm out of cash. I think, as many have said, August onwards may see the true potential be seen.
Rio won't want to be left behind. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=newsarchive&sid=aC4.UaCzgXPg
This has recently been near its all time lows, and was around 60p last year if I remember correctly. . With recent progress of the company, govt commitment to all things green hopefully, and green energy news in general being in vogue, lets hope they increase orders over the coming months.
If every Tom, Dick and Harry gets a smart meter from Bglobal, imaging the potential income. Market Cap only just over 12m, but has huge potential. I'm glad I bought in for the long term at these prices. I see this share as a very high interest fixed term deposit account, but with a bit more risk.
