Lindon that is correct, it isn’t an issue here. A dividend of 1.5/2p is very manageable, particularly if it is only paid in August when the results are issued. Cash is king.

A sensible dividend policy would likely cement LTH’s to very LTH’s. It would certainly for me at 67 mean a nice income & assets free of IHT to pass on, win, win.

As far as I am concerned it is incomprehensible that Bushveld has not already been targeted for takeover. The potential upside is simply ridiculous & the only logic that I can apply is reticence of larger companies BOD to deal with the authorities in the specific geographic areas. The delays followed by more delays & further delays, intransigence etc perhaps put off the go getters of the world. Look no further than the experience of Kibo.

Cindercone if you think Ophidian was aggressive I most strenuously recommend you don't upset me.

Unless I have completely lost the plot it seems both Ophidian & Cindercone’s posts re TA have gone. I am all for Admin taking a firmer grip but that is ridiculous.

“That has no practical use for the vast majority of LTH’s on this board” . So by definition you accept it is of use to some, therefore put your distaste to one side,filter Ophidian if you must, but let it go. I am unsure about the validity of TA but am more than happy to read Ophidian’s musing.
