Pdub I cannot understand the context of your post. The only mention of hindsight was mine & it was caveated as being unfair. Similarly I recognised that the crap finance partners may well have due to “Hobson’s choice” .I therefore fails to see your gripe, my posting is nearly 100% positive this is just a recognition of certain historic problems.

No I don’t think so , even with ii low commission there would not be a profit on a 50k flip.
